Health Nuts wonderfully warming remedy for the onset of colds or flu
Drink 3 cups throughout the day especially with a hot bath and before bed;

Simmer in a covered saucepan for 10-15 minutes; 3 tsp. grated ginger and a few slices of fresh chilli in 500ml of water.

Remove from the heat and add 2 cloves of crushed fresh garlic and 1 lemon sliced. Infuse for 10 minutes then strain and add honey if needed.
