Cleanse Protocol

Zeally Herbs Parasite Cleanse formula is a 10 Day Herbal Cleanse.

While parasite cleansing can be done at any time of the year, it is recommended to cleanse around the full moon as this is the period when parasitic eggs typically hatch. This period is also when parasites are most active, which allows them to
be most vulnerable to anti-parasitic herbs. For best results, begin the cleanse 5 days prior to the full moon, and continue on to complete 10 full days. We post upcoming cleanse dates to our socials @zeallyherbs.

Following these dates are encouraged but not necessary for a successful cleanse. Beginning up to 5 days late or early will still bring results. The
dates are most crucial to those with symptoms of teeth grinding, since this symptom is linked to parasitic eggs being laid in the jaw muscles.

During the 10 day cleanse avoid processed and sugary foods, fruit (excluding anti-parasitic fruits such as papaya and pineapple), starches and alcohol as these foods feed parasitic activity. Try to include whole, unprocessed food with lots of greens. Increase your water and garlic consumption.

We suggest performing a parasite cleanse twice per year. 

Serving Suggestion

Maintenance & Ad-Hoc: 1-2 Capsules per instance.

Cleanse: 2-3 capsules, AM and PM ( 4-6 capsules per day).

During the 10 day cleanse restrict the consumption of processed and sugary foods, starches and alcohol as these foods feed parasitic activity. Try to include whole, unprocessed food with lots of greens. Increase your water and garlic consumption.

Contraindications

Do not consume if pregnant or nursing. Do not consume if you have a medical condition related to your kidneys.

Our products are intended to be gentle however everyone reacts differently to herbs. We encourage you to tune into your body while taking these herbs and discontinue use if you experience adverse reactions.

Increase water intake while taking the cleanse capsules. We suggest following our dietary intake suggestions for increased efficacy.

For some individuals, this product may cause detox or Herxhemier reactions. This is a normal response to detoxing; as parasites and pathogens die they release their toxins into your system for elimination. Reduce dosage as needed. Starting with 1-2 capsules per day and gradually increasing the dosage can help mitigate this.

ALLERGY: This product contains traces of walnuts.

WARNING: This product is not for prolonged use. Not recommended to continue for longer than 40 days. This product may indirectly induce symptoms of nausea, intestinal cramps. Black Walnut Hull contains juglone and should not be taken for prolonged periods of time. This product contains wormwood which can result in adverse reactions in some individuals. Always consult a health practitioner before taking any product such as this.
