Australia's best sleep tea is made with 5 Australian bush plants traditionally used to ease an overactive mind, relax the body, promote a deep sleep or improve overall wellbeing. It is different from our Native Relaxation Tea due to the inclusion of freeze-dried strawberries to offer a fruity flavour.

Benefits

Our Native Sleep Tea can help you unwind, de-stress and achieve deep restorative sleep. The blend is designed with Jilungin, a potent ancient herb used by the Nyul Nyul community for 1000’s of years to quiet the mind and encourage deep sleep. Elder Bruno, the Indigenous grower that sources Jilungin for Roogenic says “the plant put you to sleep... a long deep sleep”.

This blend also utilises Aniseed Myrtle, Strawberry Gum Leaf and Lemon Myrtle to support the body’s natural antioxidant activities that are increased during the sleep cycle to help protect against oxidative damage, which is closely associated with premature ageing.

The blend is naturopathically accredited and has received 100's+ 5-star reviews. It is also 100% caffeine-free.

Flavour

The Sleep Tea has a relaxing herbal flavour from the wild-harvested Jilungin with subtle fruity notes from the strawberry gum leaf and lemon myrtle. It is also 100% natural with no artificial flavours.
