Melrose Omega Cod Liver Oil is derived from wild Icelandic cod from the pristine waters of the northern Atlantic. Deep ocean fish such as cod are a natural source of the essential omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which cannot be produced by the body and must be obtained through diet.
Melrose Cod Liver Oil Health & Vision is a source of vitamins A and D.
Vitamin A supports eye health and healthy eye function.
Independent lab testing for heavy metals and environmental toxins ensures only the purest quality premium fish oil. Maintain healthy eyesight and vision. Vitamin A supports skin health.
Vitamin D supports immune system health.
Dose
Adults take 1 metric teaspoon (5mL) daily.
Children 2 to 12 years take 2.5mL daily or as directed by your health professional.
Best consumed with food. Pleasant orange flavour.

WARNING - When taken in excess of 3000 microgram retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

Refund policy If you need to return a product, we want to make the process simple and easy for you in the instance that item is damaged or incorrectly supplied. Please call our team within 48 hours of receipt of goods, or email within 48 hours of receipt of goods and attach an image of the product with your email. We will issue a return reference number to be included with the returned goods. Any claims outside this time-frame will not be accepted. Credits will be processed when goods are received back to our distribution centre. Goods sent back without prior advice being given to us will not be accepted. Health Nuts Australia are unable to issue returns or credits for perishable and fresh produce items, as well as unwanted or incorrectly ordered items. Returns cannot be redeemed for cash and Health Nuts Australia will issue an on-line credit only.
