Directions
To experience the health benefits of Epsom Salts, add one cup to a warm bath and soak (submerging even the shoulders if possible) for 20 minutes. It is normal to perspire during this time as the Epsom Salts draw toxins through the skin. When you get out of the bath do not dry off, but instead, wrap a towel or dressing gown around your body and lie down for 20 minutes as you continue to detox. Remember to shower afterwards to remove and Epsom Salt residue and drink plenty of water to rehydrate.
Magnesium Flakes Vs Epsom Salts - What's The Difference?
There seems to some confusion out there about the difference between Magnesium Flakes and Epsom Salts in the bath, so we're here to give you the lowdown.
The confusion arises because both products contain magnesium. However, they are two quite different forms of magnesium, and it's important to understand the difference when making your choice.
Basically, magnesium flakes contain Magnesium Chloride, while Epsom Salts contain Magnesium Sulfate. Both are used to treat a range of health issues.

Refund policy If you need to return a product, we want to make the process simple and easy for you in the instance that item is damaged or incorrectly supplied. Please call our team within 48 hours of receipt of goods, or email within 48 hours of receipt of goods and attach an image of the product with your email. We will issue a return reference number to be included with the returned goods. Any claims outside this time-frame will not be accepted. Credits will be processed when goods are received back to our distribution centre. Goods sent back without prior advice being given to us will not be accepted. Health Nuts Australia are unable to issue returns or credits for perishable and fresh produce items, as well as unwanted or incorrectly ordered items. Returns cannot be redeemed for cash and Health Nuts Australia will issue an on-line credit only.
