These Lil'Sheets are the easiest and most waste free way to do your laundry and are also: • Plastic Free* • 100% Essential Oils - No Fragrance Chemicals • 100% Biodegradable • Hypoallergenic • Paraben, Phosphate, Bleach free • Cruelty and Palm Oil Free • Septic and Grey Water Safe • Completely Soluble • Compostable Packaging • Zero Waste Home Compostable Packaging

Made in the USA - Australia does not currently have the manufacturing capabilities to make sheets here. They are bought loose and I pack them myself in Australian made recycled cardboard packaging which is also printed by an Aussie printer. More work for me to pack but at least some Aussie businesses can benefit!

There is so much misinformation doing the rounds about these sheets with many stories online or on socials demonizing PVA without truly understanding it and what it actually is. Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) - Although this sounds awful, PVA is a non-toxic, completely biodegradable, water soluble resin sometimes called a bioplastic.

It's used as a binding agent in everything from paper to adhesives, textiles, and films and contact lense lubricant! PVA is made from a natural gas by-product called Ethylene. Ethylene is extracted from these natural gases and mixed with acetate which forms the polymer - a type of biodegradable plastic derived from biological substances not petrol) usually wood pulp, and mixed with acetic acid (like in vinegar) - it's a very long and really complicated process!

It is 100% non-toxic and safe for humans, animals, and marine life and will degrade in wastewater treatment plants within approx 46-72 days by various enzymes, bacteria and microorganisms.

Packaging: 100% Recycled Kraft Paper printed with soy based ink.
