Our reusable bags are made from recycled RPET premium nylon which comes from old plastic bottles. Unlike other brands out there, the material we use is made from 100% used plastic.
The bags are made from one piece of material to minimise waste. Further, the packaging our bags are posted in is cardboard and 100% recyclable.
They’re strong, practical, beautiful and compact - but what’s actually so special and different, when a reusable bag is made from recycled plastic?
Nowadays we all are aware that plastic waste is polluting the planet so badly, especially due to its slow degrading process. Reusable bags prevent the need for single-use plastic bags, which only are used for 15 minutes on average before thrown away. However, do we really know that reusable bags are actually helping to protect the environment?
In fact, lots of them require a great number of reuses to justify its environmental impact from production. For example, cotton tote bags, which is widely used, need 7,000 to 20,000 reuses each to have the same cumulative environmental impact (such as water use) as a classic plastic bag. On the other hand, recycled plastic only needs 2-3 reuses.
So, that’s why we’re going 100% recycled PET for our beautiful bags! We rescue plastic bottles from being stuck for 1,000 years in the landfill waiting to decompose, or thrown into the ocean - to be useful again. We also donate to charities to even go further.

We are sure that your Kind Bag lasts for a very long time and would become important part of your everyday life, and also that at one point, you will find that your beloved Kind Bag may have reached the end of its life.
Kind Bags are 100% made from rPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate), which is 100% recyclable. Unfortunately the country does not yet offer consistent recycling system and facility across the nation, and if you're in doubt, we recommend you to send your beloved Kind Bag to us, to ensure it reaches the right place to be recycled, not end up in the landfill or anywhere else.

Health Nuts Australia offers Australia Post delivery options. Orders are generally processed within forty eight (48) hours* to seventy two hours (72) after payment confirmation. Please reach out to our customer service if you would like Express Postage (*excluding public holidays and weekends). Delivery times may vary depending on the volume of customer orders. Health Nuts Australia is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of goods if left by Australia Post. If the package is returned to Health Nuts Australia by the courier, Health Nuts Australia will refund the cost of the product only. All shipping and handling will not be refunded. Health Nuts Australia will recharge for any shipping and handling to resend the product.

Refund policy If you need to return a product, we want to make the process simple and easy for you in the instance that item is damaged or incorrectly supplied. Please call our team within 48 hours of receipt of goods, or email within 48 hours of receipt of goods and attach an image of the product with your email. We will issue a return reference number to be included with the returned goods. Any claims outside this time-frame will not be accepted. Credits will be processed when goods are received back to our distribution centre. Goods sent back without prior advice being given to us will not be accepted. Health Nuts Australia are unable to issue returns or credits for perishable and fresh produce items, as well as unwanted or incorrectly ordered items. Returns cannot be redeemed for cash and Health Nuts Australia will issue an on-line credit only.
