Hübner Iron VITAL® Liquid DIRECT provides a fruity tasting supply of iron to individuals at special times of life, for example for pregnant women and nursing mothers, for women with heavy menstruation, for vegetarians and vegans and for athletes and active people. Hübner Iron VITAL® Liquid DIRECT contains the trace element iron in its bivalent form, which is extremely easy for the body to absorb.

Hübner Iron VITAL® Liquid DIRECT is an excellent source of iron for specific target groups. The essential trace element iron is needed to produce red blood cells, and to transport vital oxygen to all organs in the body and to the muscles. Iron is also a key component of a number of enzymes which control cell metabolism.
Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Recommended Dosage
Hübner Iron VITAL® Liquid DIRECT provides an ideal iron supply when you are travelling or on the go. Just tear or cut open a sachet and consume right away. To ensure optimal iron absorption, we recommend not to take Hübner Iron VITAL® Liquid DIRECT at mealtimes. Adults: 10 ml 1–2 times daily. Children (4–12 years): 5 ml 1–2 times daily. Take roughly 1 hour before meals to prevent the absorption of the iron from being affected by other foods.
Safety & Application Instructions
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Refund policy If you need to return a product, we want to make the process simple and easy for you in the instance that item is damaged or incorrectly supplied. Please call our team within 48 hours of receipt of goods, or email within 48 hours of receipt of goods and attach an image of the product with your email. We will issue a return reference number to be included with the returned goods. Any claims outside this time-frame will not be accepted. Credits will be processed when goods are received back to our distribution centre. Goods sent back without prior advice being given to us will not be accepted. Health Nuts Australia are unable to issue returns or credits for perishable and fresh produce items, as well as unwanted or incorrectly ordered items. Returns cannot be redeemed for cash and Health Nuts Australia will issue an on-line credit only.
