Our high-fat Coconut Milk Powder is ideal for pastry chefs, smoothie fans, and curry lovers. Here are some ideas for how to use our tasty Coconut Milk Powder:
• Adjust the amount of powder to your desired consistency. The more powder you use, the thicker the milk will be.
• For lighter milk, mix 1-2 tablespoons of the powder with 1 cup of water.
• For creamier milk, mix 3-4 tablespoons of the powder with 1 cup of water.
• To make coconut cream, use ½ cup or more of the powder with 1 cup of water.
• Add the powder directly to smoothies, sprinkle it over oatmeal, yogurt, and fruit, or use it in baking recipes such as energy balls, chia puddings, and desserts for a delicious coconut flavour.
• Use it in savoury dishes such as curries, stews, and stir-fries to add a touch of coconut taste.
This organic coconut milk is made with certified organic coconuts from Sri Lanka, where the growing conditions are ideal for producing the best coconuts. The delicious coconut milk is extracted by pressing organic coconut flesh. The milk is then spray-dried after being mixed with a natural stabiliser (a fast and efficient drying process).

Refund policy If you need to return a product, we want to make the process simple and easy for you in the instance that item is damaged or incorrectly supplied. Please call our team within 48 hours of receipt of goods, or email within 48 hours of receipt of goods and attach an image of the product with your email. We will issue a return reference number to be included with the returned goods. Any claims outside this time-frame will not be accepted. Credits will be processed when goods are received back to our distribution centre. Goods sent back without prior advice being given to us will not be accepted. Health Nuts Australia are unable to issue returns or credits for perishable and fresh produce items, as well as unwanted or incorrectly ordered items. Returns cannot be redeemed for cash and Health Nuts Australia will issue an on-line credit only.
