Do Plumbers Recommend Flushable Wipes?
Prior to May 2022 plumbers did not recommend flushable wipes as there has been a history of non-flushable wipes being used and blocking toilets, however, in May this year a new standard AS/NZS 5328 Flushable Products was released that enabled flushable wipes that meet this standard to be safely flushed.
How Long Do Flushable Wipes Tend To Dissolve?
A flushable wipe will commence dispersing within seconds of being flushed, as the pressure and agitation of flushing will break up the short particles in a similar way to toilet paper. Within 30-60 seconds an approved flushable wipe should be dispersed.
How Many Can You Flush At Once?
This can depend on the size of the wipe which determines the total weight of the wipes. Smaller wipes in a similar size are usually recommended at a maximum of 2 wipes per full flush. A larger flushable wipe will be recommended at 1 wipe per full flush.

Refund policy If you need to return a product, we want to make the process simple and easy for you in the instance that item is damaged or incorrectly supplied. Please call our team within 48 hours of receipt of goods, or email within 48 hours of receipt of goods and attach an image of the product with your email. We will issue a return reference number to be included with the returned goods. Any claims outside this time-frame will not be accepted. Credits will be processed when goods are received back to our distribution centre. Goods sent back without prior advice being given to us will not be accepted. Health Nuts Australia are unable to issue returns or credits for perishable and fresh produce items, as well as unwanted or incorrectly ordered items. Returns cannot be redeemed for cash and Health Nuts Australia will issue an on-line credit only.
