Here’s a step-by-step guide
Prepare the Area: Choose a safe, heat-resistant surface to place the holder on. Ensure it’s away from anything flammable.
Position the Cone: Place the brass incense cone holder on your chosen surface. If it has a specific holder or indentation for the cone, make sure it’s positioned correctly.
Light the Cone: Light the tip of the incense cone with a match or lighter. Hold the flame to the tip until it starts to glow and emit smoke.
Place the Cone in the Holder: Once the cone is lit, carefully place it in the holder. Some holders have a small pedestal or a specific place where the cone fits.
Allow it to Burn: The cone will slowly burn and release fragrant smoke. Enjoy the aroma and the ambiance it creates.
Monitor the Incense: Keep an eye on the incense while it burns. Never leave it unattended, especially around children or pets.
Extinguish Safely: Once the cone has burned down, it will turn to ash. You can extinguish it if needed by gently tapping the cone or covering it with a heat-resistant lid to cut off the air supply.
Clean Up: After the incense has completely burned out and cooled, dispose of the ash properly. You may need to clean the holder occasionally to remove residue.

If the package is returned to Health Nuts Australia by the courier, Health Nuts Australia will refund the cost of the product only. All shipping and handling will not be refunded. Health Nuts Australia will recharge for any shipping and handling to resend the product.

Refund policy If you need to return a product, we want to make the process simple and easy for you in the instance that item is damaged or incorrectly supplied. Please call our team within 48 hours of receipt of goods, or email within 48 hours of receipt of goods and attach an image of the product with your email. We will issue a return reference number to be included with the returned goods. Any claims outside this time-frame will not be accepted. Credits will be processed when goods are received back to our distribution centre. Goods sent back without prior advice being given to us will not be accepted. Health Nuts Australia are unable to issue returns or credits for perishable and fresh produce items, as well as unwanted or incorrectly ordered items. Returns cannot be redeemed for cash and Health Nuts Australia will issue an on-line credit only.
