How To Use

Dissolve a tablet in a glass or bottle of water (350–500ml). Allow the tablet to dissolve. Drink immediately. For optimal results, drink up to 2+ servings a day.

How Does It Produce Hydrogen?

When you place the tablet in water, aredox reactionoccurs between the magnesium, acidic additives and water. The process is as follows:

Mg + 2H₂O → Mg(OH)₂ + H₂

This reaction splits water (H₂O) intohydrogen gas (H₂)andmagnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)₂). Thehydrogen gasis released as molecular hydrogen and dissolves in the water, enriching it withhydrogen-rich water.

Once the tablet is dissolved, the resulting water becomes infused withhydrogen molecules.

Is Hydrogen Water The Same As H2O?

Hydrogen-rich water is regular water that has been infused with molecular hydrogen gas (H2). While water (H2O) naturally consists of two hydrogen atoms bonded to one oxygen atom, hydrogen-rich water contains additional dissolved hydrogen gas. This creates a unique solution where extra hydrogen molecules are present alongside the water.

How Do I Know If It Works?
