Our undenatured Casein has an exceptionally superior amino acid profile from other proteins, due it its high levels in alpha lactium. These differences mean the proteins from our Casein takes longer to digest, taking up to 12 hours to break down, giving it the ‘slow release’ title and is commonly used at night to fight catabolism (muscle breakdown) while you sleep.
