We freshly peel, chop, dice, grate and bake all our organic fruit & veggies as well as make all our breads, spreads, cheeses & sauces from scratch in house, to ensure you have the healthiest & freshest tasting experience.

CERTIFIED ORGANIC

Our first choice is to get organic, local, in-season ingredients. We use the finest quality ingredients that we can obtain.

Finest ingredients in this case is defined by products that have not been chemically treated in any way. Whenever possible it means organic produce, organic grains, and organic flour and at the very least it means as pure and natural as possible.

In this way, we can ensure the quality of our food while supporting the growth of the organic products industry through our purchases.

We are constantly trying to balance using high-quality ingredients with keeping our foods affordable.  

 

PLANT BASED

Everything in our kitchen is entirely plant-based, ensuring that our culinary creations align with a vegan lifestyle and contribute to a more sustainable and compassionate dining experience.

The only variation to this is when we use eggs, however for every dish on the menu which serves eggs, we have a vegan option, even crafting our own vegan poached, fried, and scrambled eggs from scratch.
